4 Days Shanghai-Xian Tour Plus Mt.Huashan by Air

Tour Itinerary


Day1 Arrival in Xian( CZ6437 07:25-09:55)
Attractions: Shaanxi History Museum, Big Wild Goose Pagoda (lunch)
Pick up from your hotel in Shanghai and take early morning flight for Xian(flight tickets and hotel are booked by us).Upon arrival in Xi’an, Our tour guide will greet you at airport . Then you will be driven to the hotel and have a short rest. After the lunch, we will visit Shaanxi History Museum. The museum features the Tang-dynasty style architectural, covering an area of 70,000 square meters. It displays the longest and the most comprehensive history of Shaanxi and Chinese civilization.
Then we come to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, where is a worship place for Buddhists. The pagoda was originally built to hold sutras and figurines of the Buddha that Xuanzang brought back to China from India. Now the Big Wild Goose Pagoda have been built a big Garden, where people can have a retreat at there. Last transfer back to your hotel.

Day 2 Xian

Attractions:Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses, Xian Ancient City Wall, Bell and Drum Tower Square (Breakfast + Lunch)
After breakfast,you will visit the eighth wonder of the world- Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses. Known as “the eighth Wonders of the world”, the museum shows a surprisingly high level in sculpture,which is the most significant discovers of the 20th century.
After the lunch, visit Xian Ancient City Wall. It is the most complete preserved and the largest city wall in China. It was built for the military defense in the ancient time. Since it is cycling the city, visitors can ride a bike around the city wall.
Next we come to Bell and Drum Tower Square which sits at the center of the ancient city. Insides the Bell Tower houses a huge bell which was originally used to strike for time every morning in ancient times. Now it is seen as the symbol of Xi’an. Then back to your hotel.

Day 3 Xian

Attractions: Mt.Huashan (Breakfast+lunch)
After the breakfast, our English-speaking tour guide and driver pick you up from your hotel at 8:30am. We will arrive at the Mount. Huashan at 10:30am. We would like to suggest you to prepare some food for the whole climbing. The lunch is on your own.We will take a cable car to the North Peak. At the North peak, our guide will leave you for free to enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery. On the top of the mountain, there are several spots, such as the Buddhist and Taoist temples, sculptures and engravings. You will enjoy yourself very much on the 4 peaks. Passing the Gold Lock Pass you can buy a golden lock, and lock it on the iron chains on the Gold Lock Pass which symbolize safety and health. It must be a marvelous scenery to see thousands of golden locks on the iron chains. On the Middle Peak (Jade Maiden Peak), you can enjoy its supernatural atmosphere. It must be fantastic and amazing to watch the sunset with your own eyes. Then you will move forward to the East Peak and the South peak and last come to the West Peak. You will have a good treat by the fresh air on the Mount Huashan! Our tour guide will meet you at the North Peak and take the cable car to the foot of the mountain together. At about 17:00pm-18:00pm, the driver will wait for you at the exit gate of mountain and then transfer you back to Xi’an city.

Day 4 Departure from Xian-Shanghai( 08:00-10:00) (breakfast)
